Celebrating World Health Day

At Elm Schools, we believe that a healthy mind begins with a healthy body. On this World Health Day, we are proud to highlight the comprehensive safety and health measures we’ve established to ensure our students can focus on what they do best—learning and growing in a secure environment.

Our dedicated Student Medical Clinic (SMC) serves as the heart of our health initiative. Led by professional staff like Nurse Marwa, the clinic provides immediate first-aid care and serves as a vital resource for identifying health concerns early. By maintaining a direct line of communication between our medical staff and parents, we ensure that every child receives the personalized attention and follow-up care they need to thrive.

Beyond immediate care, we focus heavily on preventative education and long-term wellness. Our students benefit from nutritional advice, yearly health education sessions, and comprehensive annual checkups. We also provide weekly reports on the school’s environment to maintain the highest standards of safety, ensuring that our campus remains a space where health is prioritized every single day.

One of our standout initiatives is the issuance of Student Health ID cards. These cards are not just for identification; they provide our families with a 30% to 40% discount at our partner hospitals, Nasrudin and Mahdi. This partnership ensures that quality healthcare remains accessible and affordable for our entire school community, even beyond our campus gates.

Health is a collective effort. From our rigorous handwashing protocols to our regular environmental and water assessments, we are committed to keeping our community germ-free and safe. Today, we celebrate our amazing staff and students who make Elm Schools a healthy, happy place to be. Happy World Health Day!
