Happy Independence Day

Today, ELM Schools proudly joins the nation in celebrating Somaliland’s Independence Day.

Our youth represent the window to our future, and Grade 2 student Maria Abdulrahman captures that spirit perfectly in this short tribute. As she notes, true independence calls for planting seeds of peace and guarding them with unity. We are incredibly proud of our students as they honor our history and look forward to a bright tomorrow.
